Techinergy invites vendors to register and become part of our esteemed network, adhering to the standards set by Indian company law. Follow the process below to register as a vendor with Techinergy:
  • Access the Vendor Registration Portal : Visit our official website and navigate to the Vendor Registration section.
  • Complete the online form : Provide essential details such as:
    • Company Name
    • Contact Information
    • Business Type and Industry
    • Products or Services Offered

After the preliminary review, vendors must submit the following documents as per Indian company law:

  • Certificate of Incorporation (issued by the Registrar of Companies)
  • Trade License (if applicable)
  • PAN Card of the Company
  • GST Registration Certificate
  • MSME Registration Certificate
  • Pollution Board Certificate (if applicable)
  • Explosives License (if applicable)
  • Import Export Code (IEC) Certificate (if applicable)
  • Bank Details on Company Letterhead
  • List of Directors/Partners with their contact details
  • Details of Authorised Signatory with a Board Resolution or Power of Attorney
  • KYC Documents of the Authorized Signatory (e.g., Aadhaar Card, PAN Card)
  • Any relevant Quality Certifications (e.g., ISO certifications)
  • Client References from past projects

Our procurement team will conduct a thorough evaluation of the submitted documents to ensure compliance with Indian legal standards and Techinergy’s internal requirements:

  • Verification of Legal and Financial Compliance
  • Assessment of Product/Service Quality
  • Industry Reputation and Client Feedback Review

Successful vendors will receive an approval notification and proceed with:

  • Signing the Vendor Agreement : Compliant with Indian contract law, outlining terms and conditions.
  • Participating in the Onboarding Session : Covering Techinergy’s policies, procurement processes, and legal compliance.

Upon completion of onboarding, vendors will get access to Techinergy’s Vendor Portal, enabling them to:

  • Manage purchase orders
  • Track payment status
  • View vendor profile information
  • Receive important updates and announcements

Techinergy will conduct regular audits and performance reviews to ensure ongoing compliance and quality. Vendors are required to:

  • Adhere to terms, conditions, and delivery schedules
  • Maintain communication with the procurement team
  • Update profile with changes in compliance or operations

Vendor KYC
Techinergy values its customers and ensures a seamless registration process compliant with Indian company law. Follow the steps below to register as a customer with Techinergy.
  • Access the Customer Registration Portal : Visit our official website and navigate to the Customer Registration section.
  • Complete the online form : Provide necessary information such as:
    • Company Name
    • Contact Details (email, phone number, address)
    • Nature of Business
    • Products or Services of Interest

Customers must submit the following documents as per Indian company law:

  • Certificate of Incorporation (for companies) or Business Registration Certificate (for proprietorship/partnership firms)
  • PAN Card of the Company or Proprietor
  • GST Registration Certificate
  • MSME Registration Certificate
  • Pollution Board Certificate (if applicable)
  • Explosives License (if applicable)
  • Import Export Code (IEC) Certificate (if applicable)
  • Bank Account Details on Company Letterhead
  • Proof of Address (e.g., utility bill, lease agreement)
  • Authorized Signatory Details with Board Resolution or Power of Attorney
  • KYC Documents of the Authorized Signatory (e.g., Aadhaar Card, PAN Card)
  • Trade License (if applicable)

Our customer service team will review the submitted documents to ensure they meet the legal and compliance standards of Indian company law:

  • Verification of Business Legitimacy
  • Assessment of Financial Stability
  • Review of Business Reputation

Approved customers will receive a confirmation notification and proceed with:

  • Signing the Customer Agreement: Compliant with Indian contract law, outlining terms and conditions of engagement.
  • Participating in the Onboarding Session: To familiarize the customer with our products, services, and order management processes.

Upon successful onboarding, customers will be granted access to Techinergy’s Customer Portal where they can:

  • Place and manage orders
  • Track order statuses and delivery schedules
  • Access invoices and payment records
  • View their company profile and contact information
